I am currently open to considering applications from motivated PhD and MS level students, as well as postdoctoral researchers, whose research interests complement my own. For prospective students and postdocs, I value attributes such as attention to detail, dependability, motivation, research skills, tenacity, organizational abilities, curiosity, individual initiative, good reading and writing skills, hard work ethic, and the ability to learn quickly. I appreciate individuals who demonstrate enthusiasm for their work and show initiative in their research endeavors.

In the case of postdoctoral candidates, I am particularly interested in those who can bring unique approaches and techniques to our collaborative research efforts, from whom I can teach and mentor, but also learn and expand my own skillset.
